Mainstreaming Indian-American Culture through Music, Dance and Fashion - November 18, 2018 - Join Bollywood Magic as the New York Nicks take on the Orlando Magic at Amway Center in Orlando, Florida


 Dr. Amish M. Parikh and the Orlando Magic welcomed friends and associates for an evening of magical, Scotch-filled fun at ICON Lounge at the Amway Center.  Orlando Magic CEO, Alex Martins delivered a state-of-the-Magic address while guests enjoyed a private Macallan tasting.  


The Indian American Chamber of Commerce (IACC) will lead Orlando’s official India Day Celebration in Downtown Orlando for the sixth year in a row.

CAPI Winter Conference

The Central Florida Association of Physicians from the Indian subcontinent (CAPI) represents over 500 physicians from multiple specialties from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka in the Central Florida area. The CAPI winter medical conference and gala took place on October 6, 2018 at the Rosen Centre Plaza


 EXCELINDIA® organizes Heritage Nights in partnership with NBA franchises across the country. The in-game events promote Indian-American heritage through the development of creative community partnerships and production of culture-rich entertainment highlighting Indian lifestyle through music, dance and fashion. 


The Orlando community was invited to learn about recent strides in Israel's relationship with India at a program titled "The Future of the Israel-India Relationship."


Dr. Amish M. Parikh and the Orlando Magic welcomed friends and associates for an evening of magical, Scotch-filled fun at ICON Lounge at the Amway Center. This private reception included delicious delights with beer and wine.



The Central Florida Women's Resource Center presents Beena Parikh with the 2017 Summit Award at the 33rd Annual Summit Awards Gala on September 27th.

IACC Awards Gala

The Indian American Chamber of Commerce Awards Gala will be held on September 16th at the Gaylord Palms Hotel and Convention Center. For  information about membership in the IACC or about the Gala.


A Gift for Teaching

Drs. Amish and Beena Parikh (Premier Cardiology) join Disney and Wells Fargo as presenting sponsors for "Back to School Blast" presented by A Gift For Teaching - Proceeds from this event will help 210,000 kids in need.

Citizens' Review Panel

Beena Parikh serves on the Orange County Citizens' Review Panel for Human Services Advisory Board. The panel evaluates funding proposals from numerous agencies offering services in Orange County and makes  recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners.

2017 Greater Orlando Heart Walk 

 The Heart Walk is the American Heart Association's premiere event that brings communities together to raise funds and celebrate progress in the fight against this country's No. 1 and No. 5 killers, heart diseases and stroke.   

India Day in Orlando

 The Indian American Chamber of Commerce (IACC) led Orlando’s 5th annual India Day Celebration in Downtown Orlando on February 25, 2017.  Officially proclaimed by Orlando Mayor, Buddy Dyer as “India Day” in Orlando.  Now in its fifth year, INDIA DAY is designed to broaden awareness of the Indian-American heritage, culture and music in Central Florida.
