The Central Florida Association of Physicians from the Indian subcontinent (CAPI) represents approximately 600 physicians of multi specialties in the Central Florida area and is  the second largest ethnic physician group in the State of Florida. CAPI conducts select events throughout the year with the goal to promote the professional, educational and charitable advancement of it’s members while making a positive impact on the Central Florida community.   

 

The purpose of the organization is to provide its member physicians and dentists a forum to facilitate professional opportunities for continuing medical education, medical conferences, community health fairs, professional & leadership development, networking and above all, service to the Central Florida healthcare community. With the ultimate goal of enhancing the patient experience, CAPI provides its members avenues to promote and develop professional skills in the service of humanity and the advancement of medicine. Based in Orlando (Florida), CAPI serves the professional needs of the following Central Florida Counties: Orange, Osceola, Volusia, Seminole, Brevard, Lake and Marion County. Founded in 2008, CAPI is a member affiliate of AAPI - American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin.
